The delivery would take up to 5-7 business days, and the tracking info is available online. No matter how many products are purchased, it will be charged $10 per item. The availability of a product is noted on the Product Detail page as "In-Stock," "Advanced Sale," or "Backorder." Most items are In-Stock and ready to be shipped. Please note: Estimated shipment times on the Product Detail Page specify when an item is expected to leave our warehouse, not when the item will arrive at its final shipping destination. Most orders are processed and leave the warehouse within 24 to 48 hours. After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the shipping method you select during checkout and the location of your shipping address. You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or bank card immediately upon order confirmation.
Delivery Notice Email with Delivery tracking number and tracking website will be sent to your registered email address after your order is processed for the local Postal Service, you will be able to track the delivery within 2 business days after the notice. Please keep an eye on the tracking info in case of possible delivery problems.
For your safety, all our packages are shipped signature required. You will need to be home to sign for the package. If you do not want to have to stay home for the package, you may choose to upgrade to overnight delivery, which is guaranteed by 10:30 AM. If you are not home, the package will not be left at your door. A note will be left to inform you when they will come again to deliver your package. Alternatively, you can call the local Postal Service to arrange a drop-off time.
Please note that NO ADDRESS CHANGE ALLOWED once package has shipped. We verify the billing as well as the shipping address, so an alternate shipping address may delay processing your order; therefore orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days pending verification.
For orders with complimentary shipping or regular shipping, all our on sale items will be delivered by USPS in the USA, Canada Post in the Canada, ParcelForce in the UK, Japan Post in the Japan, Australian Post in the Australia and major postal services in other countries. Coach Store specializes in the sale of brand new Coach. We cannot sell Bags that have been worn. Therefore we have set a fair, yet firm, policy regarding returns.
We accept returns within 7 days of customers' receipt of product(Do not include the on sale bags).
COACH ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US IN BRAND NEW CONDITION WITH ALL PROTECTIVE PLASTICS/TAPE, HANG TAGS & ACCESSORIES INTACT. UNTIL YOU ARE POSITIVE YOU WILL BE KEEPING THE BAG, DO NOT WEAR IT. IT IS ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE FOR IT TO BE WORN, EVEN FOR A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND FOR THE ITEM NOT TO BE BLEMISHED OR SCRATCHED IN ANY WAY.
1. All returns must have a Return Authorization No. (RA#). Please send an email prior to return for RA#. This number must be displayed on the outside of the box; this will expedite your return. A item returned without authorization will be refused.
2. All products must be returned with original packaging, manuals, protective tape & hang tags etc.
3. Returns will be credited in full minus a 2% restocking fee and original shipping & insurance charges.
4. Returns must be shipped via traceable courier, e.g. USPS for US clients (Do not ship via UPS or FedEx or DHL). Return shipment must be pre-paid and fully insured for the amount you expect credit. Collect shipping will be refused. In case of loss or damages, customer is liable.
5. Once you have been issued a RA#, you must ship the watch back so that we receive it within 7 days of us issuing the RA#.
We believe that the above conditions are reasonable, fair and quite simple to adhere to. If for some reason one or multiple conditions cannot be met, please send an email to us and we will try to help, BUT you must before receive the RA#.
Please refer to the Return Instructions on the packing slip when returning your item. The items must be returned in unused/undamaged condition with all tags attached to ensure credit. Please pack returns in their original boxes (whenever possible) and include all paperwork, parts and accessories.
